Landlord Insurance - what do we cover?

This policy carries a £100 excess on all claims and £1,000 excess on claims for damage by subsidence, landslip or heave.

Standard risks covered for buildings and contents insurance plus damage to landlord's property as a result of:

  • Storms and floods.
  • Impact, collision, aircraft.

  • Falling trees, telegraph poles & lamp posts.
  • Fire, lightning, explosion or earthquake.
  • Falling radio or TV aerials*
